Myself, my partner and a friend came in for a drink and some food. Was served by a member of your staff that came over, slammed our drinks on the table and looked miserable and as if he didn't want to he there.
When our food came he put cutlery down which once looked at, were absolutely filthy and covered in food. I took them back and said " sorry this cutlery is filthy" he said "oh okay" and handed me napkins wrapped around more cutlery. Once back at the table I looked and had been handed 4 knives and 1 fork which again were covered in food and dirty. A different staff member came over and I informed him about the cutlery, he said "ill take those away for you, can I get you some different cutlery" at this point I declined. Whatever was on my hands was probably not as disgusting as what was on them knives and forks anyway. Place has gone downhill massively. I also ordered x2 glasses of cola and there was noone at the bar but I still waited a ridiculous amount of time for them, by the time they arrived we was going to be leaving. Absolute Joke! I think if staff don't wish to be in a job or can't at least crack a smile then don't be in that job. Your staff need training on cleanliness and how to act around the public.

No security, people freely vaping. The seating area where we were seating was dirty with food on the floor.

A great way to spend a few hours. It isn't particularly cheap but it's really good fun and well organised. Sort everything out online before you arrive to save time

My son birthday in hollywood bowl was absolutely amazing..friendly and super helpful staff. Highly recommended
